Saturday 7thDecember;
Today was the first round of the Junior British Bouldering Championships and was also GB Team selection. There were 8 qualifying problems and I successfully topped 7 of them, the 8th one I just came short on the bonus hold which meant I qualified for the final in 4th place. After sometime in isolation it was my turn to climb the first of my three problems and, after a shaky start, I managed to top it on my third go. The 2nd and 3rd problems I flashed which meant overall I came 3rd on the podium, a great start to the season in my new Group B category.
