On Thursday the 4th I flew out of Stansted to Milan to compete in my second European competition which was being held on the 6th and 7th in Arco in Italy. I had a really fun time there because it was really sunny and the ice cream was lovely! Once again the whole Team encouraged one another and I think this really helped everyone climb well. I managed to put in to play some tactics that I learnt at previous Team Training sessions to help me get more goes at everything and predicting where the largest queues would be, as it was incredibly busy on the small competition wall at Arco. I topped 3 blocs and got 5 bonus holds which I was really pleased with and finished in 29th place on the day. Arco was a fantastic place and a great experience, I hope to return again. An awesome trip! 🙂

I’d also like to say a massive thank you to all of the Management Team and my Team mates for making this a really enjoyable first season competing in Europe and thanks to Claire for filming me climb. 🙂
