This was the final team training before the international competition season begins. It was really good as we got an insight to what route setting actually involved with a talk by IFSC route setter Percy Bishton. Then we climbed on his blocs which tested every aspect of climbing from hand jams to knee bars, dynos to slab work and they were rock hard and full of volumes! It was really challenging and good fun to work the problems with the rest of the team. Looking forward to catching up with everyone at the Junior British Championships in few weeks’ time.
